How a Solid Pre-Shot Routine Will Prevent Bow Misses

    You should also practice this in every possible position; sitting on the ground, sitting on a chair, moving around trees, from your knees etc. I tree stand hunt very thick areas and have to shoot most of my deer sitting down. I shot a rut crazed large bull moose twenty five yards away last fall while sitting on the ground. So practicing and visualizing in all possible positions is key. You also have to practice drawing and aiming and shooting as fast as possible until it's totally instinctive and natural.
