Outdoor Edge Butcher Lite

Outdoor Edge makes quality products, and their new Butcher-Lite portable field butchering kit is no exception. The Butcher-Lite includes every tool needed to field dress, skin, quarter and debone big game, all encased in a nylon roll pack with snap-in plastic knife scabbards.

The pack quickly converts into a belt scabbard. Tools include a 3-inch caping knife, 4€‰1„4-inch gut hook skinner, 6-inch boning/fillet knife, wood-bone saw, tungsten-carbide sharpener, ribcage spreader and game cleaning gloves. The entire Butcher-Lite tool kit weighs just 2.4 pounds.
